What is the Campus Emergency Notification System (CENS)?
The Campus Emergency Notification System is a new communication system used by Bismarck State College to contact students and employees in the event of an emergency. The system allows BSC to send time-sensitive notification via voice messages, emails and text messages.

Who should sign up?
If you are a student or employee, you should sign up. BSC strongly encourages participation for your safety. Login with your Electronic ID (data to left of @bsc.nodak.edu) and password and follow the simple sign-up process.

How often do I need to update my information?
You need to update your contact information each semester. A reminder e-mail will be sent to the email addresses you supply. Inactive accounts will be removed by BSC.

What is the information used for?
Information will be used only for emergency notifications regarding campus safety issues or severe weather emergencies.
